I'm using the headphones to monitor a camcorder's audio feed in a studio and on location. The folding design is practical and sturdy. So far I couldn't be more pleased.

The adjustable levels on each output support broadcast and consumer equipment looking for -10 or +4 levels. This DA is built like a tank. I recently upgraded my studio with a 16-in/16/out audio interface, but with no headphone jack and no monitor control. This little box solved my monitor control issue perfectly. Extremely transparent to my ears, very solid build, all the controls have a nice feel to them, and great looks. The wood sides are more of a walnut color than what's shown on the website, which was perfect. Highly recommended.

Sony Studio Monitor MDR-7506's are alone in their class. All the field audio engineers and camera operators I know use this headphone to monitor audio recorded on location. They are ruggedly built, comfortable enough to wear for hours, and accurately represent what is being recorded.

It only took a few minutes to assemble and position these stands. I use them for my computer's M-AUDIO studio monitor speakers. Since I installed the stands, I've been wondering why I didn't buy them sooner. The sound is so much better having the speakers at the right height.

I need a better way to record audio for my 5d mkiii and tascam Dr-60d mkii was the perfect match. And B&H got it to me on time thanks guys.

I use this as a preamp and mixer to bring audio into a Canon 5DMkIII. I take the camera output on the DR70 at line level into my MkIII with the MkIII audio level one click above zero. Noise and hiss are gone. (I used to use an older Beachtek w/o preamp and had to turn the gain up on the camera pretty far and then had to fight with hiss in post.) The workflow is perfect. It fits perfectly under the footprint of the camera and adds minimal weight. I haven't had to record files to the card yet but I'm sure its great too. This was comparable in price to a Juicelink or Beachtek but with this you get the ability to use as standalone recorder which someday will be an added bonus. Battery life has been great with 2000 mAh Panasonic batteries. I bought two sets of 4 and didn't even go through one set during 3 half day shoots. I have tested the internal microphones which sound great but you'll definitely need a windscreen for outdoor use. Even the slightest gust will produce distortion. Durable build quality with hard plastics but who knows what could happen during run and gun ENG use.
