Universal Cctv Dvr Remote Control

The HD is designed for use with in CCTV DVR's and NVR's. I have install a dozen or so of these and they work great plus the price is unbeatable! Definitely recommend buying these.

I have used over 10 different brands of CCTV equipment. As far as DVR go, this one from Hy vision has been great. I use it as my test machine when I’m on site doing jobs. Never had an issue with it in over a year. Hik makes a great product. Their DVR’s, NVR, and cameras are all solid. Much better than Reolink, Lorex, and the other Store brands for sure . Highly recommend

After having used programs for years like Zoneminder CCTV and Shinobi CCTV on standard desktop computers, decided to switch full time to a Hikvision DVR. 4 Hikvision cameras at 2MP recording 24/7. The DVR has a nice feature of recognizing people, and not having many false positives due to lighting changes (sun/cloud/etc). With playback, can choose for the DVR to just play back the videos with people. Alerting zones can be set as well. Have a wireless mouse plugged into the unit too. With the cooling fan in the unit (this unit has a power brick outside the unit), don't expect to be putting this DVR in your regular living space. The stock fan (DVR date code August 2022 on box) is quite noisy and the high pitched noise does slightly dissipate with use, but not enough. I have replaced the fan with a Noctua NF-A4x20 FLX (40mm and 12volt). The Noctua package comes with wire connectors to cut and splice to the original NVR fan connector. I also have the fan blowing in, instead of as exhaust, and appears to run slightly cooler when touching the heatsink on the CPU. New Noctua fan is very quiet.

Make sure your DVR is capable of CVI protocol at least. Without it, you cannot control the powered lens, or access camera programming. If you have CVI, you are going to love this camera. Good Price Too..

I like that my new roku has the volume control on the remote so i only need one remote.
