I use the Pro-Duty Support Kit for holding a roll of seamless for table-top photography. It is light weight but strong and well constructed. It will also support a canvas backdrop and even a 12' seamless roll. The knobs and threads are heavy duty and should last many years. And if you aren't using the cross bar, the stands can be used as heavy duty light stands. This kit is well worth the money as an investment for your studio or location shooting needs.

This is a universal clamp with 100's of uses. Very strong and I really didn't expect it to be such a heavy duty clamp. I've used this for everything from clamping cross bars to light stands that aren't supposed to work together to holding back tree branches so I could capture behind it. When purchased with the standard stud and used with flash speed lights you can clamp this to a rail, door or your tripod leg with out fear of loosing a expensive light.

I just received my Photoflex Pro-Duty Backdrop Support Kit. It is well made and heavy enough to support my large back drops! I would definitely recommend this product.

The Impact Heavy-Duty Air-Cushioned Light Stand truly is heavy-duty. I have used it with a 36-inch octa box on my light head with the stand extended to over 8 feet. It is steady as a rock. The feet spread over 4 feet, this gives the stand great stability but it does take up space. I am giving the stand 4 stars instead of 5 because there is no noticeable air cushioning in either of the two stands I purchased.

I got this stand to support the Manfrotto Super Boom (see my review). The stand that comes as a package with the Super Boom is aluminum, is not air-cushioned and is a bit lighter duty overall. This stand is steel, air-cushioned and almost 3 times the duty weight. Doesn't come with brake casters, unfortunately! I bought the 3 casters, but if I had to it over again, the 4 would be my choice.
