Universal Remote Control For Roku Express

I like that my new roku has the volume control on the remote so i only need one remote.

I purchased a Roku Express a few months ago and the remote used on a Samsung TV is terrible. I think there is problem with the volume buttons. I went through all trouble shooting - no luck Roku's answer is "buy a new remote" which means pay to replace your non-working item (it was like this when I got it).

We upgraded our 6 yr old Roku player to the Roku Express 4K+ and are very pleased with the way it works. The remote has some nice features like voice remote. It loads the channels quickly and streams smoothly. As a plus our cat likes the fish tank screensaver!

I purchase the Roku Ultra as a upgrade from my original Roku Express. We now had a new 4K TV so I want the new remote that was voice controlled plus a streaming device that would pull in 4k and this device works wonderfully! It makes the picture seem as you were there in a movie theater!!!

I hoped buying this would address the issues with the Roku Express, such as switching from cable TV to Roku with the Roku remote, managing volume, etc. Not only it delivers, but it also feels faster. The image quality is excellent but I don't have a very recent TV so it is not very meaningful..

A nice upgrade from the cheaper Roku Express that still serves me well. The Apple TV is fast when launching and switching between apps, and the interface is minimalistic and free of ads, which I appreciate. Airplay works beautifully if you're streaming from your Mac, and I have noticed no audio lag. The remote has touch-like features that didn't take me long to get used to and I find myself preferring them over the normal arrow keys. This model does not have a USB port so anything you want to send to it needs to be done wirelessly. This issue doesn't bother me personally but it may bother some, so I would recommend checking out the Nvidia Shield for a high-end player if you want to plug in your content directly. All in there are not enough drawbacks to lower my rating to a 4. I would say you may want a remote case to make it less slippery, but those are dirt cheap. BH was fast on shipping and perfect on packaging as usual.

I upgraded to the Roku Ultra from the Roku Express and I'm so happy I did. I LOVE the faster/more reliable ethernet connection to the internet, the fact that I can use the volume and on/off function with the Roku control and that I use the earbud/headphone jack on the remote all the time. It's also AWESOME that the remote is chargeable. Best buy this year!!

My wife gave me the Roku Streambar Pro for our anniversary. To say I am impressed with the sound, options and streaming would be an understatement. I have another manufacturers sound bar with a sub woofer and it sounds great. The Roku Streambar Pro does not provide pounding, thumping bass that my other soundbar with sub woofer provides but it does have surprisingly good bass response. There are numerous audio options. It was easy to connect to our T.V. and WiFi. The ROKU menu is second to none and ROKU obviously spared no expense when it comes to WiFi reception and processor speed. There is virtually no delay when selecting an app or when using the shortcut buttons on the awesome remote. Movies and T.V. shows start playing instantly. The remote with voice control is the best of any streamer period! It not only controls the sound bar but also the T.V. It has volume control, personal shortcuts and a headphone jack. If or when my other soundbar with sub woofer quits, I will replace it with the ROKU Streambar Pro and add the ROKU wireless sub woofer and wireless speakers. If you want incredible sound, expandability, the best remote control and ROKU streaming built in, the Roku Streambar Pro is for you.
