The remote is much easier than the universal remotes I have used in the past. I find the Roku remote is quickly learned and easy to manage. The Roku unit has performed flawlessly. We've had our unit in place for about 4 weeks now and we are very happy. 5 |

I bought the New Roku Ultra after having the Roku Stick because it is a lot better than Amazon Fire Stick or Apple TV, Plus it has a Ethernet Jack so you can hard wire it to your home network which is better for Streaming. Easy to use and add channels with the search feature. I have already installed 4 units at my customers homes also. Roku is AWESOME. 5 |

I bought this ROKU because it offers more streaming options than the Fire Stick. In fact, I have it on my Fire TV. Fire TV and Fire Stick won't let you download YOUTUBE TV. 5 |

I used Fire TV and Fire Stick on my 2 TVs for about 5 years. Even with very high bandwidth ISP, they both became slow to load and render, buffering too often, and burdened with to much Amazon content. Even with frequent clearing cache, removing apps, etc. It would also often revert to home in mid program. Just a Royal PITA. My son had experienced same conditions on his Fire TV and switched to Roku a few years ago. It was so fast and clear, I thought he'd gone back to cable. I want that, I exclaimed! I've been a VERY happy user since! So much so I'm going to get another Roku and replace the First Stick in my bedroom. Thank you. ROKU!! 5 |
