user friendly remote, easy to use,

I’ve been a long time chimera user and planned to buy chimera’s universal 1x1 softbox, but having used both - the Snapbag is superior in almost every way. Price is steep, but it’s the best option available

I really enjoy the product. Perfect for what it was purchased for. Only draws are the difficulty of instillation with the universal mount and lack of paper manual. Projector is used for church and CD manual would have to be handy for quick reference. Paper guide is more easily assessible for trouble shooting; but I guess I could always print a copy:)

Fits nicely in your hand and it's bigger than our normal remote. So I it's been harder to lose lol. Didn't have any problems getting it set up. Pretty self-explanatory. It's a must-have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After losing yet another remote, this universal remote is perfect for my smart tv. The size is nice (not too big) and it has enough features but not too many, like some others. I highly recommend this replacement remote for LG tvs!
