I work for a University and have been struggling with remote controller for projectors. They disappear, batteries die.... and other options like Extron or Crestron classroom control systems are VERY expensive. PixiePlus works with any projector that has an IR remote, so ANY projector! Its true it is designed and pre programmed for Epson projectors only, however the learning mode allows the PixiePlus to learn any remote control button press to any of its available buttons. It literally took me 5 minutes to program mine, first time ever trying, and works perfectly. The only draw back would be if there was a specific function you had to use that there isn't a button on the remote control for. so watch for that. But otherwise great product, looks nice, works perfect. Also noteworthy to mention you will need a Cat5e cable which is not included, and I don't think mentioned when you order. thats and extra $5 so no big deal.

Right out of the box, I did 3 time lapses here in Miami Beach and they all worked out great... Plus I tried it out as a simple shutter release and works well there too Simple interface... with a few clicks you are up-and-running.. I will have a chance to use it soon with some production dollys and a new pan/tilt head from Emotimo and I can hardly wait!!

As a rental house in Miami, i was tired of sending back to repair on camera monitors, wireless follow focus systems, wireless video tx, etc.. I �bought 4 safetaps to "test" ..used them on my Teradek systems and they dont broke no more... After that experience , I order 14 more safetap and now they are the default D-Tap connector at my shop. They look a little expensive but I spent the same amount of money of one tap "just in shipping charges" when sent some equip to repair. All the Ac's really love them. Highly RECOMMENDED. There's going to be a bit of a learning curve but, on the initial try, it's awesome. Compared to my previous wireless remote, the battery life and options are oceans ahead. I can't wait to really put it through its paces. Check out YouTube videos to see just how much this baby can do.

A nice little gadget that works just as it's supposed to. I am learning night photography and purchased this remote to prevent camera shake.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am still learning the operating ins and outs! Due to some medical issues, along with remote motorcycle riding, it appealed to me in that I can keep in contact with my family when out and about in areas without cell phone coverage.

I got this for my 6 year old son for remote learning. They are built very strong and durable they got gotten throw around and are still working!
