Amazing headset for gaming! I couldn't be happier with this product.

Love this Mic. I was using an A tech headset Mic before. This one is much better. It doesn't pick up as much of the drum set.

I got this for both gaming and work. It's been exceptional so far. Lightning fast processing and boot times. Up next I'll be running it through some video editing I need to get done. No regrets on getting this 12th gen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item arrived a few weeks ago and took me a while to properly evaluate all of the features and functions. All I can say is WOW!! Physical 'display' type box is attractive and informative as to the many features the product provides... Upon unboxing I found a very high quality headset with MANY cords for different applications and uses but VERY clear and precise instructions of what all of the accessories represented as well as clear connection information. Very simple for tweens all the way up to adults to understand.. Upon connecting the unit and powering up there are many variables that can be adjusted including lighting and sound parameters. The headset has top band setup with heavily padded ear cups which are very comfortable and adjustable for many head sizes. Headset was very comfortable even with hours of wearing and gaming. Once setup the best feature comes to life.. the absolute dynamic highs, lows, and bass of the noise canceling sound experience. I have yet to own a headset that provided such dynamic directional type audio that this headset promotes but it is nothing short of astounding. Game play is 10X sweeter with just the experience that the sound quality brings to the table. The lighting of the LED's is also a rather cool and radical feature not found on many other headsets.. Certainly intensifies the gaming experience as well. All in all VERY pleased as I am with every other JBL product I have had the pleasure of using and owning. The price may be higher than a lot of other headsets but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! No corners cut in design and making this a must have pinnacle gaming accessory!! Once you have tried this unit there are no others that come close in comparison.

I love the headset, great tech! Amazing leap forward. I like the software. I hate the accessories. I shouldn't have to go to VR cover to get good hand grips and face mold. Please adjust your design so these come with it. It's almost unuseable with the stock face mold. Booo!

This AR headset is a great for remote assistance. I can easily run Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other apps on it to have a quick start on remote assistance. I use it for my field service team. field tech with the headset can connect with our remote expert, so that the expert can see what the tech is seeing through the headset camera and provide feedback and guidance to him.

I am the opposite of early adopters - by the time I use something, I want there to be few and easy to follow instructions. I didn't know what to expect as none of my friends or family had a VR headset (it was a gift-like receipt). Set-up doesn't get easier for anything! Once the Quest 2 was turned on, it immediately launched the set-up and interactive tutorials to learn more available features (I suggest doing all the tutorials: they are short but teach a lot of features that I ended up telling my more tech savvy friends about - like the voice activated controls). If you are looking for technical review, I'm not the person for that. But my experience is that from unboxing to using a LOT in many ways is fast and easy. I have also sweated on, dropped controllers & headset, and sent many mixed messages via voice controller, and all have been resolved directly (again, I am pretty low-tech, so perhaps I am not exploring the 'edges of what's possible', but I also already have a job and other hobbies so am only using this for entertainment). Since I still live more of my life IRL, I have only been using the headset for VR fitness apps, but EVERYDAY since I downloaded the games (I think that game developers have made games more engaging and immersive because the expectation is high due to price of VR headset. When I tell folks that I have a Quest2 and that I use it, folks have been telling me how they use theirs and that has introduced me to other ways I can use it (VRChat and games where I can hang out with folks who live far away, recorded concerts, etc).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Razer - BlackShark V2 Se for awhile my kids have come quite accustom to this headset.. Pros: -Love the color of the headset, the black pairs quite well with the green, the sound (both playback and record [headset and mic]) are quite good. - THX Spatial Audio also works quite well once you can seem to get it working with the headset. It has better Discord compatibility than with any other HyperX headset. I love that it is quite light feeling when it is sitting on your head and is actually very comfortable. The headset is also fairly affordable and well worth it, as it is quite the bang for the buck. As for the Cons: - Synapse software doesn't seem to be the greatest and could use quite a few improvements with headsets. Synapse makes getting the headset working, if at all at moments very very finicky. Sometimes the headset when plugged in seems to work off of the Razer Sound Card audio source in Windows. Other times the headset will work off of the THX Spatial Audio audio source. Due to the Synapse, you never know which one it is going to be until you plug it in. Another problem I noticed is the Microphone doesn't always seem to work when you are speaking into it, especially if you have it plugged into a gaming source such as a Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Ps4, etc. My Final thoughts on this headset are as follow: Those that are quite tech savvy should be find since they should be able to get Razer's Synapse's to play nicely with them long enough to keep this headset working consistently. Therefore, those who work quite well with tech this most definitely would be an amazing buy. As for anyone who is not technologically inclined or at least educated in tech I would not recommend this headset,, as the Synapse could quite possibly give you a major headache as well as a lot of uneccesary frustration.
