The Brother print cartridges are easy to replace, well supported by the firmware of the printer and produce good results immediately due to the printer knowing to do a head cleaning pass on the first print. Nice.

The Pioneer BDR-XD07UHD worked with little effort after updating the firmware from Pioneer site. Fast with USB 3 speed.

Kept getting the pink light error. Had to do some troubleshooting for a bit, updating firmware, reset factory settings etc etc. finally sifted through my spiderweb of internet cables and splitters and deleted all that and am now running the line in straight to orbi and no more pink light. Works perfect.

At the beginning of last year I started looking for a slider for my videography needs and purchased two other brands that were big disappointments before finding the iFootage Slider. After receiving the slider I had a problem with updating the firmware to the current version through the app and iFootage was no help. B&H on the other hand were Excellent as usual. The Pro Video team actually took another slider out of stock to see if they could get it to update and it did. I then returned the slider back to B&H and received my replacement and had no issue updating the firmware. I have only used it on a handful of projects, but it has worked great so far. I like that you have the ability to tighten the sliders wheels easily based on the load and ambient temperature. The on-slider display work great in all conditions and it is supper easy to setup a shot almost to easy it makes you want to use it all the time. I was wanting a slider that did not have to use an app to work and this one is the ticket. I would definitely recommend this slider.

Blows my Nighhawk out of the water with the built in cable modem. The only problem I did have is updating the firmware to the latest version. I had to manually upload it versus retrieving it automatically.

This thing was so easy to set up - timed myself, from opening the box to updating the firmware I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I listen to music so much more now that I have the five - no more listening to music through sub-standard computer speakers.

After updating the unit to the latest firmware and figuring out that only hiccup due to the requirements of windows machines, I have to say that the unit works flawlessly. I do wish they had a better user manual but once you figure out the features it’s absolutely amazing and helpful

We got this camera and it was super simple to set up, including updating the camera's firmware and the software for controlling it. It took about 10 minutes total for set up and learning how to use it. Then the audio and video!! We used Zoom as our free video conferencing solution (web version) and the whole set up worked beautifully. We could hear extremely well, extraneous chip crunching sounds were muted, and the video was sharp. The field of view was amazing and could fit our 12' wide meeting/table area with no trouble. We bought a tripod and a small light stick/handle to mount the camera onto. we are able to change from Meeting View to pointing directly at the table (at a detailed map) in short order, without disrupting the flow of the meeting. I recommended our distant-end meeting folks get the same camera. They did and love it just as much.
