Upper West Clear Creek Backpacking

Lightweight, bright and clear. These are the third ones I tried this time around. These will work for backpacking/birding.

The radios are easy to use & work great on the creek.

Bought this specifically for a trip out west but have found myself using it with my buddies on camping trips more often than our cb’s. Very quite operation. Range is good. Voice is crisp and clear. Functions are fairly easy once you learn the proper ways to use them. Weather stations are clear also and come in handy when you’re “off the grid” in the woods somewhere and need weather updates. Over all I really like these radios. I just purchased a new mxt275 to pair with these radios and to get out a little further with a bigger antenna. That way I can have the hand helds to share with friends that may not have comms when we’re on the trails.

Clear and precise. Exactly what a scope needs to be. This optic lives on a 20 in rifle upper and it has been solid for matches in ranges from 50 to 600 yards. I own many Vortex products now and will continue to buy them. They deliver the goods and never give me a reason to go elsewhere.

This the best graduated neutral density filter I ever use. It comes with a very nice storage pouch with clear label on the upper edge. I use it without any holder - just hold it up in front of the lens and make the shoot.

Primarily got if for protection and water shots of a lake and creek.

Going out west this week to test.
