Con: 1. Not weather Resistance, but has weather sealed rubber gasket. 2. No image Stabilisation.. (Not a must for a small Lens) most Camera has IBIS anyway. Pro: Lightweight & Compact. Best in it's class for the same category & price. Sharp image quality, reliable and fast enough auto focus. IMHO.. It is worth every $$$ for the Features & Performance you get from this Lens.
