This weekend I installed three of these and it was a breeze. There is a tricky point in that the waterproof gasket is super tight and I didn't think I could get the ethernet plug through, but you just have to be persistent. Besides, you want that gasket to be really tight to avoid moisture problems. 5 |

Exactly what you're looking for. No instructions, but it's easy. Gently remove the existing gasket around your speaker, then press the tabs on the grille into that empty space. Takes less than a minute to install. Good snug and looks good. Now you don't have worry about damaging your speaker... 5 |
