Ups Delivery Hours

Works great as UPS for my home office. Covers for about 2.5 hours.

B&H has come thru for me for replacement APC UPS Batteries time and time again. Excellent pricing and delivery.

Excellent product & fair price. Delivery was quite delayed, however, that is the fault of UPS.

I needed a UPS system for mainly my routers and switches. The DEAL Zone had a very good deal, so I jumped at the sale. The delivery was fast. I read all the instructions for charging up the unit, 24 hours is what is stated. I let it go for 72 hours. I had no problems, It worked like I hoped it would. I waited a week later then did a test power failure. I shut off the power. Everything worked alarms sounded and all screen notifications let me know the status. This UPS supports one network router and one switch, and lasts 5+ hours. These devices draw so little power that bigger UPS's shut off automatically. The only debit for this VERTIV is the display does not show the actual load.

We had a power outage after hours and our CMM (Computerized Mechanical Measurement) apparatus had a "hard shutdown", which corrupt a couple of programs and settings. We realized a standby power supply or UPS was needed but also surge protection on several of our expensive test equipment. The UPS has built in surge protection for the CMM, but it left our other equipment unprotected. Being in Arizona, the second most likely state after Florida for power surges caused by lightening. Researched surge protection available through our normal purchasing channels and found this one at a very reasonable price which was a bonus. Our company is very cost sensitive and watches every dollar. Now our Tensile/Pull Testers are protected against damaging line surges.

All of my APC battery backup power supplies have battery cartridges. This battery is for my APC Smart-UPS 1000VA power supply with enough power to power my Internet equipment and TV for several hours after a hurricane power outage. Just follow the directions and exchanging the battery is relatively simple. A little harder for this unit as the battery does weigh about 20 pounds. The exchange process is essentially the same for all of my APC units. P.S. My unit failed about 2:00 a.m and B&H got me a new battery in about 36 hours. I am in extreme SW Florida and they sent the battery FedEx. Thank you B&H.

My APC UPS sounded off every few hours with beeps and a flashing red light to let me know it was time to replace the battery. I ordered online and the battery arrived sooner than expected. I installed it and it's been working fine since. The part I especially like, I didn't have to shut everything off to install.

As I am new in the Florida area, I was impressed with the delivery of this product. Less than 24 hours.

The case safely delivered are delicate display products through the UPS delivery system from Southern Indiana to Los Angeles, CA. We are very please with the product.
