Purchased this before a road trip I took throughout the west coast and southwestern parts of the US. As far as travel tripods go, this one can't really be beat when you consider the cost and overall value of what you're getting. It's light, yet still feels sturdy. Mine in particular has undergone about as much abuse as you'd expect strapped to a hiking backpack, and it has yet to fail me! 5 |

So I got this for my trip to the West Coast of the US. My main tripod I use at home is the manfrotto 055 which is much larger in all regards. I purchased this for its light weight and ease of use with the ball head and twist locks. This tripod gets 5 stars because I can't think of any downsides. Sure it may not be the tallest tripod, but its for traveling... it's SUPPOSED to be smaller. Hiking with it was great and setup doesn't take all that long. The ballhead is plenty strong and easy to use/understand. 5 |

I got this today and it works great with my cell phone, it even came with a 3.5mm to 3.5 mm cable for cellular use...I was surprised..also do yourself a favor..install the gain jumpers as stated in the directions..it will give you more audio on a noisy day. HTH 5 |

I had some serious issues getting this working and turns out it’s best if you turn off your cellular service on your phone while doing the setup. Worked like a charm for me on multiple devices. A new update also improved integration with Apple HomeKit. Very happy with it now. 5 |

I have a cellular phone based app that I use for my intercom. So I use these so my camera ops in the field can clamp them to the camera tripods and put the phone right in front of them. They work awesome. Highly recommend and will be buying more. 5 |
