Usb C To Hdmi Adapter For Docking Station

The Docking Station comes with both USB 3.0 and USB-C cables for flexible host connectivity cords. Docking System provides SuperSpeed USB 3.0 (5Gbps) link between laptops dual HDMI video audio, network, outputs, wired Gigabit Ethernet, 3.5mm combination audio jack. While featuring two USB 3.0 ports, and four USB 2.0 ports. This particular Universal Labtop Docking System is does not support Gaming Systems or Linus compatible or charge Host PC! However, it is compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8.x, and 7 systems, ChromeOS 100+, and macOS 10.14+. Plug and play driver installation through Windows Update; manual driver installation on Mac. Station is compatible with Dual HD Monitors that are equipped with 2 HDMI’s, ports easily and connects to two HDMI monitors. Each supporting resolutions up to 1920x1200. While also supporting Lower resolutions such 1080p (1920x1080). - DisplayPort connections are not supported. - Does not support HDCP, will not playback encrypted or copy-protected content. - Cannot be mixed with non-DisplayLink USB adapters. Works great as a TB4 docking station. But coming from a HD-G2TB3 their thunderbolt-3 dock, there are a few thing that could have been done better: - there are only 2 usb ports in the front: 1 usb-c and 1 usb-a, and if you are plugin a computer (laptop) it has to be on the front usb-c so you already loose that one. - I like that they have added a power on/off switch, but it is too flushed to the surface, look nice but hard to push if you have big finger or no nail. I also like the HDMI 2.1 port on the back which allow you to plug it into your big screen TV without having to use a USB-c to HDMI adapter. And it can do at least 4K 60Hz.

This docking station was easy to set up. The quality of it seems to be nice and the docking station looks premium. It seems to be working flawlessly for what I need. I really like that it is light and works nicely with my Chromebook and 2 monitors. The packaging comes with UD-MSTHDC Docking Station, power adapter, USB-C and USB-C cable.

Previously, without the Sabrent docking station, I had an assortment of external drives, each with separate hard drive enclosures and a mess of USB cables and AC adapter cords. Now, with the Sabrent docking station, I use _one_ USB cable and _one_ AC adapter cable to connect these external drives from the docking station to my computer. The build quality of the Sabrent docking station is excellent: sturdy and well-engineered. I plan to buy another Sabrent docking station very soon.

Works to connect my 2nd FHD monitor with HDMI to docking station with DisplayPort.

I was able to attach three monitors to my Dell Inspiron 17 - 3780 Laptop but I needed two display port to HDMI cables to attach my two HDMI monitors - and when connecting to the Display Ports the one HDMI out on the docking station replicates one of the Display Port outputs... combined with using the HDMI out on my laptop and the screen of my laptop I have four monitors now - it would have been nice to attach five if the HDMI out on the docking station wasn't replicating one of the display port outputs... In any case, the universal dock has been rock solid so far.
