I use this USB extension cable to extend the range of my laptop with is tethered to my camera when shooting indoor studio shots of my family. Also, this extension cord will extend the range of any two devices connected that use USB connectivity. What else can I say? Works GREAT ! 5 |

I use the TetherPro USB Mini_B 5-pin cable to tether my D4 to Adobe Light room software on my Laptop computer for my Event photography. This cable replaced the cable that came with the camera and an extension cable. I have noticed an increase in the transfer speed from camera to computer since I started using the TetherPro cable with a direct connection to the laptop versus connection with an extension cable between camera and laptop. 5 |

I'm using this active extension with the miniB to USB cable that comes for default with my camera to shot tether; also this way I don't have to mess with different miniB connector types (5 pin /8 pin) from my other cameras brands. For my studio the 16' works great, maybe in the future I'd need more length but that wouldn't be a problem as I can add another active extension to avoid signal errors. Great product for my workflow! 5 |

This USB 2.0 Active Extension Cable comes as two 16' cables NOT one 32 cable. ......I hooked the two cables together connected my Nikon D200 to my laptop and it worked perfect. A 15MB photo downloaded in two seconds. As it turns out I'm glade it comes as a two cables. 5 |
