Usb Flash Drive Player For Tv

After my dvd player stopped working, I decided to use this flash drive for movies. I ripped movies to mp4 and put them on this drive, plugged the drive into my LG smart tv. The tv recognized the device and listed all the movies. Movies played back without any problems.

Update can be done without old CPU with USB flash drive only.

We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly.

I have been a long time customer especially from the Territoy of Guam, USA.  Im currently using this USB drive to load my favorite music into my LG Blu-ray player unit as a playback source, which is hook up to my Stereo unit system for playback due to my Bluray having RCA output.  My audio format is FLAC (loseless audio) which only a few player can read this format.  It satisfied my needs and also use it on my Car stereo unit system which accept USB thumb drive 2.0 and playback my FLAC music files.  I have tried using USB 3.0 and both units will not accept this form of USB 3.0..Thanks for the great price and will order more in the coming future.   The USB thumb drive is so small, no one noticed Im using it as a playback sources. Bought this to store movies and it is recognized instantly by almost all my devices. Very pleased with its performance. The only downside is that my LG DVD player won't recognize it, possibly because it's USB 3.0 or the size. The player recognizes a smaller USB 2.0 drive. Still, this drive is great for most normal usage.

This is my second one. The great thing about this flash drive is that very little protrudes from the computer/player. This means a far smaller chance that it will accidentally break off, and that's a big consideration while using it with a laptop while on the go.

I bought this Flash Drive as a traveling backup for my photos. Typically, I take between 100Gb and 200Gb of photos on a trip so this gives me plenty of space. The small size is ideal as is the light weight. I connected it to my MacbookPro USB-C using a Uni 4 port USB-A to USB-C hub with no problems.I ran a quick test when I received the drive and it took 2 minutes to transfer just over 15Gb (212 files) from my MacbookPro to the drive. So it's pretty fast. It took just two days to get here (Arizona) from B&H and was cheaper than buying from Amazon. So I'm a happy camper.
