My internet speed was much faster (download speed improved by 140 mbps, and upload speed improved by 200 mbps) when using the Ethernet cord, which is really nice considering that my MacBook doesn’t have an Ethernet port. I’m excited to be able to have fast internet and charge my Mac at the same time!!

I get 1000 mbps from Comcast and the modem can get it all 1000 mbps

I have the 1000/1000 speed and everything runs fast but when I tried this out videos loaded up in a matter of seconds plus I didn't lose any battery on my phone while watching a movie on it. I replaced a previous VAVA adapter because it was dropping the ethernet connection. This one does not have that issue. It has one less USB connection, but that is not an issue for me.
