The USB-C to Ethernet + Charging adapter charges your connected device while also providing an ethernet connection, so no need for multiple connectors. I have been using this on my Android phone and my laptop, both devices have a USB-C port and my Belkin adapter worked great on both devices. It provided an adequate charge and a stable internet connection without any issues. The adapter was immediately recognized by both devices and there was no need to install any software to make the adapter work. Since I didn't need the analog jack, I was hopeful that I could use a standard USB C to RJ45 adapter but it wasn't compatible. So, it is expensive but it works. I wish the Era series had retained the RJ45 jack because I wire them wherever possible.

I replaced a previous VAVA adapter because it was dropping the ethernet connection. This one does not have that issue. It has one less USB connection, but that is not an issue for me.

Not many laptops come with an RJ45 Ethernet connection anymore. I don't know it's faster than wifi, but it's definitely not slower. Enabled me to use my CAT6a cable to go directly to my router. Just plugged it in my Windows 10 laptop, and it works great.

I can't believe how fast this USB Adapter is from Asus it's compatible with all my Android devices and my PS4 controllerI'm . really happy with my choice great USB Adapter.
