I bought this for my HP 15.6 ZBook Studio G8 Mobile Workstation. The laptop has only one USB type A, which I use for a wireless mouse and keyboard. The other I/O ports are two USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4. So far, the CalDigit TS3 has worked reliably for me. The user might have to open their computer settings for audio, however, if the sound isn't coming over desired speakers. The Settings will list a selection of audio devices. In summary, I'm very happy with my CalDigit TS3 Plus dock, and I recommend it to other computer users who need more I/O selections. 5 |

My first Audio Interface. I use these to connect 2 KRK Rokit 5 G4 studio monitors XLR to 1/4 into to MOTU. I can also connect my previous monitors through the RCA connection which other interfaces at this price do not have. These also have MIDI connectors which I guess you can connect an MPC or other sampler. I can also connect my keyboard and a mic through the 2 front interfaces. Most connection options for any audio interface at this price. The interface connects to and is powered by your computer through the USB. It does not include any audio cables. If you just need to connect your monitors to your pc or laptop, this is more that sufficient. 5 |

Use these in the recording studio to hold some very large monitors. Because my monitors are big and heavy I added a 25b weight plate to the base of each stand and they are now rock solid. (Olympic style weight plates with a 2 center hole fit perfectly. My stands are rocking Golds Gym labeled plates and they look fantastic!) Getting your near field monitors off the mixing desk eliminates the need to use de-coupling pads. It also gives a lot more flexibility in setting the dimensions of your listening triangle. Theses stands are much higher quality than I expected at this price. Could not be more pleased and you will not regret this buy! 5 |
