I purchased these headphones since I have to wear a hearing aid in one ear. I got tired of having to remove the air to listen to my headphone. with these I have room to put my hearing aid and still enjoying the sound while experiencing life around me. I have been recommending this for others with similar conditions or in environments where hearing your surrounding is important and still wanting to enjoy sound in ears.
