Use Mobile Studio Pro As A Monitor

I use Pro Tools since version 5.3, always getting better recordings, in mobile or studio situations. This new version will be used for most of my work, recording and editing audio. It has a learning curve that is easy and works seamlessly with sessions i already have.

I built this case into a mobile streaming studio with the Atem Mini Pro, a laptop, AC voltage conditioner, in/out jacks on the back, a monitor and cooling fans. Perfect size for this purpose! Make sure you buy the iM Stays kit to keep the lid from flopping around! The wheels make it easy to transport. Very good construction, built to last years!

Just what I needed for my mobile studio. Quick to set up. Packs away nicely. Total pro look too. Can use my other back drops as well.

This is the perfect replacement for an Apple display x Wacom. I still own a Mobile Studio Pro and iPad for extensive drawing but for day to day multitasking—this is IT. One note, you must turn off the High Dynamic Range option on Apple's Display preferences / settings or your screen will look washed out and totally messed up. Apple sets this automatically to ruin the experience with 3rd party products, in my humble opinion. :)

I am so glad I picked Mobile Pixels Duex Pro for my second monitor need. It makes my work so much more productive without all the clunk and hassle. I had been debating whether or not to get a separate monitor for my Service Pro laptop. While I think it would benefit me in terms of productivity, the second monitor might differ too much from my laptop in terms of monitor size and height. When I came across the Mobile Pixels monitor I thought I should give this a try, and I'm glad I did. The monitor sits perfectly side by to my Service Pro as a separate monitor and it does not feel out of place at all. The resolution of the Mobile Pixels is great, and having a second monitor helps tremendously when I am working on my coding assignments. I would recommend this product.

I USE TO FOR PRO TOOLS 11 AND MPC STUDIO. IF ACTUAL FIX A CPU ERROR FOR A PLUG IN THAT USE TO CRASH MPC 1.82. NEED TO GET MORE SKINS FOR BLUE CAT BUT THE SMALL TALK..GREAT PLUGIN!!!

Have this set up in External enclosure, as a Raid-1. Use it to archive videos from HyperDeck Studio Pro. With eSata, it takes about 30 minutes for 230GB to back up.
