Use Samsung Smart Remote To Control Sound Bar

Use this as a backup for A7M2 and for pole photography using wifi and PlayMemories Smart Remote Control. I can control exposure and power-zoom lens focal length remotely, and it takes up very little space in my kit bag. Should have bought this a long time ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had an older model Samsung sound bar and the upgrade to this model has been significant. I was able to unbox and setup within 10 minutes and it includes everything you need for various mounting forms etc. While I do not have much experience setting up speakers, Samsung has made it easy for me to plug in and connect to my television without the need for a professional. For the quality and sound of this sound bar you would expect to have some hard-wiring work done but this is not the case. I have it set up in the living room where I watch TV the most alongside family and friends. The surround sound is crisp, clean and immersive. The sound bar is sleek and provides a modern aesthetic. Did I mention you could connect to the sound bar wirelessly? You are able to connect to various smart devices like Amazon Alexa or Apple AirPlay with the smart integration system. Its powerful 5.1.2 Ch. True Dolby Atmos Sound makes my living room feel like a movie theater despite it being one system with a sound bar and subwoofer. Overall I'm highly impressed with the quality of this system and it's performance.

Use the Arc under my Samsung Frame.Can't beat the quality sound this bar produces.Just added the small sub.Wow what a complete system.worth every i pop Emmy.

The sound bar is excellent and the so is the control software. I have a Samsung NU8000 TV (2018) and I found out the hard way that it doesn't support DTS. Any DTS input signal is downgraded to PCM stereo when using ARC on the TV :( It appears Samsung dropped DTS support in 2018 so be careful!

If you want ATMOS and DTX:X audio this sound bar package packs it with nine speakers, yes 9. A great combination of sound bar speakers, remote subwoofer, and surround sound speakers. One more GREAT point to keep you reading…shop, find it, and be absolutely surprised that you can get this quality at that price point. So as you can tell I’m thrilled with this sound bar and my VIZIO TV. Plug and go. It’s that easy. I have been a fan of large speaker systems that take up a ton of room, wires everywhere because I wanted the sound that I thought you could only get from that setup. More good news. All the sound you’ll want you get with this setup. In addition one remote and a powerful remote at that. If you don’t have a VIZIO TV I read that this remote can learn your TV remote to keep you at 1 remote. Total control with the remote. You control left, center, right, sub, surround, height speaker, effects, equalizer, inputs etc. One really nice element is a remote with a display. Makes it really easy to understand and control your environment. There are some cool things I haven’t done yet. I have used by smart speaker to control things but you can also connect your smart speaker directly to the sound bar. Last the accessory package has everything you might need. HDMI, optical, wall mounts, etc. Ever buy something and then need to order a cable or HDMI cable, or something else. They even provided cable ties to keep your surround sound speaker wire nice and neat. Bottom line, you’ll be thrilled.

This sound bar is easy to setup and simple to control. The remote makes it so easy a cave man could do it. Movies with the surround sound and my 55 tv feels like it's a movie theatre! Some of my favorites to watch are Inception, The Dark Knight, and, American Sniper. Good bang for your buck too, highly recommended!
