This is a great product. It will be very useful for the Pagosa Springs, Colorado, historical society to clean up, restore, and preserve their historical negatives and get them printed for display in their museum. The only problem is that the second order for cleaning the large quantity of negatives is hung up at B&H waiting to receive the film clips part of the order that are needed to hang the negatives without causing any damage to the negatives. Just purchased for a trip to Colorado. Used only to try it out and understand setup so far.

Its nice! Used it in my master bedroom over my mantel on my fire place. I could not mount to the stone so this was a great option from the ceiling.

Really impressed with this tripod. Used it for the first time this week in the Colorado mountains. Very, very solid even in the windy conditions in the mountains. I also have a Gitzo 1540 that I use when I hike but while the 3542L is heavier the stability is noticably greater.

Used this film speed for the first time on an extremely sunny, Colorado day. The images were gorgeous! Skin tones on point, colors were right on - using this film was all around so good. Can't wait to use it more often in the future!

Used this on a road from California to Colorado. Withstood 90mph on the hood of my car with a Canon 7D and a Canon 10-22mm lens. Their is really not one angle you can set up in or out of a vehicle. This is the primary purpose I use it for. I can imagine it being great for surveillance type work as well. Soaked up a lot of the vibration while driving, I tried keeping it under 35mph on a well paved road for more steady shots, that also depends on many other factors of course. Nice tool to have in the travel bag.
