I primarily use this slate for documentary and commercial work.It is particularly useful for hanging on the front of your run bag. It is considerably less weight than the TS-2 or 3 and may not be dropped as often by an AC. :-)The multi-stage brightness and backlight are a really nice improvement over older slates.I highly recommend this slate as an all-around tool if you only want to have one in your arsenal. 5 |

Used this on a commercial shoot recently and found it lightweight, versatile, and very effective. Read some reviews that it's hard to wrangle, but I didn't find that the case. Just make sure you have another person on hand to help. 5 |
