The door really closes like a refrigerator, has a good seal. The glass door is strong and the operation of the humidity control is absolutely silent. In approximately 2-3 hours reaches the control of 40%humidity with 1% oscillation only. Internal space totally free without technical cabinet artifacts.

Used mainly as walk around lens. Great glass.

This is a cheap way to keep out of the cardiac ward. My old mount, the CEM25-EC, had a nasty habit of going full-tilt on the RA axis before beginning to move the Azimuth, and that resulted in a couple of collisions of my ASI294 and the tripod leg. So buying this was not an option. It mounts securely and easily (no directions, but you'll puzzle it out). With my longer telescope, a TeleVue 4-inch refractor, the camera still comes pretty close to a tripod leg so I'm not sure I can trust it completely during a meridian flip, but this makes it a lot safer.

Installed cable and tried every which way to get the printer to work..My ancient but trusty HP 712c inkjet refused to spring to life. Finally, thanks to the expert guidance and patience of the StarTech rep Curtis, we found the answer. In brief, it involved installing a patch described on the HP website that was necessary for this model as well as several other vintage HP printers to work with this cable. See below. http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-All-in-One-Software-Drivers/Deskjet-710-720-810-820-1000-Series-printers-Patch-for-64/m-p/203377#U203377 The patch worked like a charm and I hope to get another dozen years from my old reliable HP 710 using StarTech's cable. Thanks StarTech for having such great support. Kudos to Curtis for hanging in there with me. Ira

Even better than promised. Will try hooking it to my refrigerator.

Strong enough to hold up a refrigerator, I think. Fits perfectly, of course.

Used on the driver's door of a GMC Acadia. Very solid. I filled mine with rice.
