Used this for vocals and it makes a really big difference in quality than just direct through an interface. Can't wait to try this on other instruments.

This is a work horse mic used by every sound engineer to record any type of instruments:brass, percussion, etc.

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

We have bought cheapo's before, and one of them came separated (The band came out of the clip). I was able to make a permanent repair so it's still useful. The Impact brand has much better quality materials (reflectors anyway, not sure if the band joint will separate with use). The white is not as translucent as the cheap one, so will give better results.

Sounds great for vocals, but you can use them in a lot of different things, I even use the for violins in a mariachi band. Also for brass.

Used these to repair my Gitzo 1545 tripod. Worked great. Took about 1 minute to install.

Used regularly for 2 years now. Pros: Very compact; Super-light, super compact. Great image and video quality. Much better than any phone or PnS. Surprisingly good audio Tons of functions for versatility Good and well placed physical controls Software interface is very well thought out and very easy to access. Great focal length range Excellent macro capability Good image stabilization Customer service EXCELLENT! I torqued the lens as it was closing and stripped it. Texas repair center replaced the lens at no charge. I've read complaints of poor communication. I did the follow-up calls at reasonable intervals and found the communication to be just fine. Sounded more like a busy repair shop than a customer service outfit. AOK with me. Be proactive. Cons: Needs light at the tele end so pics in dim light are noisy. Aperature range limited Autofocus has some trouble with low contrast subjects.

A great multi-purpose dynamic mic, I use this small-sized, big-sounding tool for instruments and vocals alike. It obviously excels on the snare drum and on guitar cabinets, but I like the sound I get from it on various percussion, brass and lower-toned woodwind instruments. It doesn't have the shrill high-end crispness of a condenser, but you don't always need that. Overall, it sounds clean and strong, and adeptly resists feedback.

It allows to follow the variable stars down to 11th magnitude without need of big effort to hold heavy instruments.

We are using the product for sensitive weather instruments. The fact that we can adjust the sizing according to the instruments is awesome. It's big, it's bulky but our equipment is safe and won't be damaged on the sled ride up a Colorado hill (mountain).
