Using Bolt Ev For 120V To Run Refrigerator

BOLT VX-760N w/ Nikon Mount I got the Bolt VX-760N as my second speedlite (after a Yongnuo as the first speedlite) and I'm a bit disappointed that I hadn't purchased for the Bolt in the first place. I'm a casual hobbyist, and my recent attempts to get into speedlites, I now know, were spoiled by a flash that didn't have a rich feature set like I've found in the VX-760N. As soon as I started reading the manual, I was not only learning about the flash, but it was also introducing me to other on-camera functionality that I hadn't previously been able to use. Now that I'm on another upswing in interest for photography, I'm excited to take advantage of features like TTL and FV Lock. I can't believe how much of a difference the FV Lock makes in the quality of lighting of the subject. It's been pretty neat to find a tool that can help my images so much. The battery works very well with my Delta 2. I am using these to run my refrigerator and freezer in my garage. I have installed fixed solar panels that have so far provided enough power to work for most of the day. The automation features and reserve power settings are very useful. I have already been able to use the units to power my refrigerators during a power outage. Great combination.

Going into another hurricane season here in south Louisiana and I am ready for just about anything power wise. Delta Max 2000 with smart generator with a home made adapter to connect to my home transfer switch. The big game changer is the ability to power the house all night without having to run the generator. Last year after hurricane Ida, the problem was to run the generator at night you were advertising the fact that you had one and always had to worry it might get stolen. With the Delta max, it can be brought inside at night and kept safe while at the same time powering our lights, computers and refrigerator. With the smart generator, the engine only needs to run when the Delta max needs power, saving noise and more importantly gasoline. I also have two smaller Ecoflow units (river max and deta mini) that will keep power on to the computers and refrigerator while switching out the delta for another generator, or while moving it inside at night. I might add some solar in the future to save a little more on generator run time and gasoline. But, for this season I am pretty happy with what I have. In testing, on a cool enough day not to need the air-conditioning, the delta managed the whole house.. all the lights, refrigerator, tv, computers, even the microwave with ease. My wife didn't even realize the house was being powered by a battery. Great products from Ecoflow.

So far, so good! Just used our EcoFlow 1300 for the first time. We used it to run a Dometic CFX75DZW refrigerator in our camper trailer. With a full charge the 1300 ran for 30 h straight and still had 58% remaining. Absolutely perfect for our needs.

I purchased the Delta 2 over the Delta 1 due to the expected longevity of the newer battery. I wanted something that I could take in my RV(without having a permanent install) and use as a power outage source to run a refrigerator through the night instead of a loud generator. It is amazing that you get 1000 watts of power, an MPPT controller, inverter, and a lightning fast charge time. The Delta 2 really shined during RV dry camping. I made a 200 watt solar briefcase out of two HQST panels from amazon and pvc piping for legs so I can place the panels in direct sunlight and track the sun position. I found the app super useful in monitoring the incoming and outcoming power. You learn what the power draws from each device is and can tailor the charging to maximize the collected power. I knew that my coffee pot and grinder needed 30% of the charge capacity so I always made sure I had that reserve in the morning. And the Delta's ability to run AC devices was amazing. My wife can run her hair dryer and doesn't have to sacrifice that for dry camping anymore. As the Delta charged during the day I plugged the trailer in to send the collected energy to the rv battery (actually by just turning the AC outputs on with the app), once the rv battery was back to 100 percent I was able to turn the refrigerator from propane to electric as needed until the sun light started to diminish. I found the Ecoflow Delta 2 to be super versatile and amazing value for an all-in-one system. The only two things I was left wanting was to run a 700w heater through the night and my air conditioning. But, having those features would require a much larger unit and I like the portability of the existing system.

I purchased the larger Delta 2 because I wanted something large enough to run my refrigerator, freezer, and TV for several hours. I also have the smaller EcoFlow that I use for a computer and router. This combination seems perfect for relatively short-term power outages.

Not too long after recieving my delta 2, my parents were having a new electrical wire run. A hole had to be drilled near the electric panel to get the wire from the attic and into the panel location, little did we know some wires came in from a different direction. one well placed hole later took out all the kitchen outlets including the fridge and, until all the circuits had been removed from the panel and repaired, the ENTIRE HOUSE could not be cut back on. I grabbed the delta 2, did a fast charge up to full (Amazing to charge in the blink of an eye) and took it over to power the refrigerator for the duration of the repair. I wasn't expecting it to get used so soon, but it ended up being so much easier than trying to get out a generator and run cords through the house. we just set it on the counter, connected the refrigerator and were good to go. They actually have a whole home generator, but since the problem was inside the house the generator was useless. Having this much power be so portable and usable anywhere is truly amazing. We have since used it a bit more, including connected to solar and as a UPS during a final exam in the middle of a storm. The ease of everything really is the value here, there's no messing around with modes or configurations to go from power station to UPS to solar to car charging. Everything just works and gets out of your way.

We were looking for a power source which could run our kitchen refrigerator and other items during power outages to replace our outdoor backup generator and finally a product arrived that combined cost, convenience and run-time in one package. We keep it just around the corner from the kitchen so we can simply plug the fridge into the DELTA 2 when a power outage hits. We tested it and were able to get over 8 hours from a single charge which is enough to get us through most blackouts. But the major convenience is not having to go outside, set up the generator, get it running, run extension cords, and keep an eye on the gas tank. Just being able to stay indoors and keep essential items running when it might be pouring rain outside is a big deal. And the price was great - just no comparison to what the competition offers.

I bought this to have power when the power in house goes out. We are using it everyday to run our refrigerator to cut our utility some. We have two 400 watt solar panels.
