Using Digital Camera To Scan Negatives

I am scanning my negatives and slides to digital and as I scan each film, I am moving the film from the sleeves and envelopes provided by the lab to pages in binders. The Print File pages for slides has a top load section for sliding notes in, which has a tendency to slide out. The pages for negatives are side load and sealed at the top. I with the slide pages were the same.

Great scanner for the price. Using it to scan old slides, negatives and prints. Easy to use, does a nice job of restoring old slides. Fast, nice features. Although have only used it for a few months, would recommend someone looking at flat bed scanners give it serious consideration.

Using this film printed to digital negatives by Canon Pro-100 inkjet printer. Works very well for my Kallitype prints.

Using this to create digital negatives using an Epson R2880. This media handles more ink without pooling than other films I have tried. It is also sturdier and the printer seems to have an easier time handling it. I use it to create negatives for Pt/Pd and Cyanotype contact prints. Doesnt add a gritty texture to images like low quality transparencies might. A little thicker than other transparencies, so may increase your exposure time slightly. Upper right front corner is notched for easy identification of front surface.

Using this to print digital negatives to process cyanotype prints. Negative quality and the ability of the material to hold the ink are excellent. No smudges or other unsightly blemishes despite much handling.

Using this product to create digital negatives for alternative processes such as Cyanotype or Albumen printing was very easy. I highly recommend this product.
