Using Fl Studios On 3 Monitors

Using it to power lcd monitors.

I use these monitors to mix in my home studio. I've been around studios with Genelecs and love the sound, but mixing requires you to get down and dirty. My room is a little smaller so the BM6a's are the perfect size with real tight bass, a very clear mid range, and a clean high end. Overall I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I have two studios with nine monitors plus two pc's. I use these almost everywhere to solidify (my term) the signal to my entire system. Coming out of Cameras, coming out of my ATEM Mini pro's and anywhere else where the signal originates or gets processed to go to the next stage. Never fails and performs flawlessly. I also purchased two of the KanexPro' silver model with Auto-settings. Not a good experience for mix and match. If you have a lot of feeds and screens, consider this one.

I am installing these in client studios, for inexpensive multiview monitors when technicians are out of eyesight of the main multiview monitor. Great value to have the speakers included although we don't always use them. I can mount these on the wall, or I can use DelvCam monitor rackmount panels (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/892837-REG/Delvcam_ulcd_2_258_ULCD_2_Universal_LCD_Rackmount.html?sts=pi&pim=Y) for mounting in equipment racks.

Using the f/2.8e for couple of years and is a superb piece of glass. Now using on the Zii bodies. This new 'S' glass to replace the FL on the 'Z' mount ups the game. It is a bit sharper with excellent bokeh but faster to grab focus and more consistent results. Color is true and images seem to stand out better. Pricey but that is the cost of superb glass. This is a big heavy lens on par with the 2.8e FL but weight is back more so better balanced.

Using Paterson cylinder I make this around 66 cc, 2 1/3 imp fl oz or 2 1/4 US fl oz. Cap size around 6 1/2 cc. Seems fairly tough. Intend to use as smallest container in halving series of Xtol bottles from 1 litre to 1/16 litre for airtight storage of replenishment solution for working solution. Time will tell if this is better than using a concertina bottle.

Using a Paterson cylinder the bottle appears to be 128cc, 4 1/2 imp fl oz or 4 1/3 US fl oz. Cap appears to be 6 1/2cc. Looks sturdy, should withstand drop onto hard floor. Intend to use it as a 1/8 litre part of a halving series of airtight Xtol containers from 1 litre down to 1/16 litre (makes more sense in US fl ozs) to refresh a working solution of developer, ideally eliminating need for a concertina bottle.
