Using Gaming Headphones For Interview

I love these headphones. I use them on my computer for gaming and for music. Using a creative labs dedicated sound card to power them they really have a good clean sound. The bass is there with some thump and the mids and highs are there without being blown out or over shadowed. I have a pair of Audio-technnica ATH-A550z and I think the Tascam have a better sound. The fit is not quite as sealing as I would like but everyone has a different head shape so I know one size fits all usually fits none. For the price I definitely recommend them.

I LOVE these things. Using the clips in various configurations makes hiding mics in clothes for most normal doc interview setups simple and fast, which means I'm taking the time to hide my lavs more than I ever did before. I'm often a solo shooter, usually doing my own sound. Learning the different configs was pretty easy, and they work as advertised for reducing rubbing and clothing noises. Very happy!

The background is complementary to the foreground. Using lighting techniques the color of the background is allowing the portrait or interview to create the effect needed for a professional look.

We use these things all the time on interview setups. Using these along with our LED lights keeps our mobile video lighting kits small and light (pun intended), and gives lots of options for diffusion, bounces, etc, without having to carry more stuff around.

Using this lens mainly for interview pieces, and for some b-roll shots, I was very impressed. It is tack sharp (though it takes a while to get used to the extremely shallow DOF), and has some very nice bokeh, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to the name brands!

Using this on set for a video's interview was plenty of light. It small and portable making it easy for on the go. The charging power won't charge your phone completely. It's purpose is mainly to produce light and the booster helps.

Cable works well. Using it to extend a headphones from a PC.

This is a great solution for 2 or more headphones - like in a podcasting or interview situation. Individual volume controls mean everyone gets to adjust to what they are comfortable with. All Inputs and Outputs are stereo 1/4 inch TRS, so if you need 1/8 inch (3.5 mm) TRS, then make sure to get an adapter. small, light weight - overall excellent
