Using Quickbooks Online For Accounting 2024

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I have been using PowerDirector for more than 7 years. I bought version 2024 because the price was better than any other online seller. The software arrived withing two days by FedEx.

I used this for the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse in the US and it worked perfectly. Using f/32, 1/30th second shutter speed, ISO 125 with a 200 mm, I was able to get clear shots and even saw sunspots.

Searched off and on for weeks without a case with the internal dimensions to fit my Flex TT5s. Using B&H online assist, a gracious technician found me one in about 40 seconds. With an added cut up mouse pad, one of them holds my Mini TT1 and AC3. Been using Pelican for +30 years, they are ugly solid and oh so beautiful for their purpose!

Great microphone with switchable recoding sound stage. Using it for home recoding studio for online courses. The cardoid setting is great for picking up the voice only versus the ambient noise. Very highly recommended.
