Using Rechargeable Batteries In Flashlights

I currently own a couple of these flashlights now and absolutely love them. They are tremendously bright for their size, the beam focus is excellent and they have quite a long range. The light I use at work is still working great despite a healthy dose of abuse. I've been using rechargeable aaa batteries, which get very good life, and make this a much better value than far more expensive rechargeable models with proprietay batteries.

These rechargeable batteries are the way of the future! I have not bought batteries since I started buy coast flashlights. I recharge them from any usb port which is super handy. I also notices that the rechargeable batteries discharge faster and are brighter all together and because I only have to buy them once i don't care when they run out

Growing up, I have always been a fan of flashlights. So naturally, I’ve owned quite a few. I’m now in college for aviation, so I work and study in all kinds of weather, dirt, oil, grime and all sorts of nasty. The XP11R is hands down my favorite flashlight I have ever used. It’s durable, small and compact and the light output is amazing. I used to be skeptical about rechargeable batteries because I was worried once the battery life was wearing out, I wouldn’t be able to replace it with a new rechargeable battery to hold more charge. Not with this one. You can easily replace it, as well as run on 3xAAA batteries if needed. I own 2 XP11R flashlights. Interestingly, my new one out of the 2 says that it produces 2600 Lumens instead of the commonly known 2100 Lumens. I called to ask and see if this was a mistake, they said that they upgrade their products pretty often, so looks like the XP11R is now rated for 2600 Lumens which is great! Compared to my 2100 Lumen XP11R that I got last year, the brightness difference is negligible, but nonetheless, I’m glad to be able to receive the new and upgraded model of the XP11R. I love COAST and will definitely be buying from them again.

Great batteries! These rechargeable batteries work great in my SureFire flashlights and help save money on replacement batteries. Charger is portable and works just about anywhere. Just recharge and go!

This is one of the best Keychain flashlights I've ever owned. Not only is it bright but also usb rechargeable.

Using Eneloop AA rechargeable batteries with my Nikon Speedlights ensures consistent flash power. I own several Speedlights, and there is no power fall-off during the discharge cycle. After a shoot, I can re-charge the Eneloops just to top them off with no battery memory effects.
