Using The Beats Headphones Mic Gaming Pc Bluetooth

These are some really good headphones. I use these primarily for PC gaming with voice chat. Audio in the headphones is very clear and has a good balance of bass & treble. Good mic as well; my buddy who I game with can hear me clearly. The cushions are also pretty comfortable. I’ve gamed several hours at a time while wearing glasses with minimal to no discomfort. The HyperX PC app is very intuitive. It helps control settings like mic monitoring (which I usually turn on) and equalizer and shows an accurate battery percentage. Battery life is crazy long. I been using these approx. a month off the initial charge, gaming around 20-30 hours a week and I still have about 60% charge.

You know what happens to all those plastic $300 Sony/Beats/Bose headphones after 2 years? They fall apart because they're plastic and they want you to buy the next pair... It's what happened to my last Beats and I hear similar things about the competition. These headphones are built like a tank and will serve you well for many years to come. I used the corded Marshall over-ear headphones for the past 5 years and loved how well constructed they were and how great they sound (they're still going strong btw!). I just upgraded to this new version offering bluetooth and ANC and have been using them for about a month now– they have the same solid metal construction as my old pair of Marshalls except they are even more comfortable to wear and perform much better! Audio quality and bluetooth/ANC features are top notch– perhaps not the best based on comparative research I did before purchasing, but the difference is marginal IMO. Also they do hug my neck a bit tight when I have them down, but I got used to it and doesn't bother me anymore. Control knob works great, though I think the push down time to turn them on is a bit long. Super happy with my purchase!

after my last pair of beats broke i was ready to research some reasonably priced and great performing bluetooth headphones. after some internet reviews i ended up at my favorite online store and ordered these. great comfort, sound and battery life. and great all around headphone

It's rare seeing a pair of headphones that genuinely shine in almost every regard. But with the WH-1000XM3, Sony has created an indisputable winner, a categorically top-notch set of cans whose only shortcoming is the absence of 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, something we hardly ever see outside of the gaming market. They do have Bluetooth, though, so as long as you have a smart TV, an Nvidia Shield, a gaming laptop, or a Bluetooth-capable motherboard, you should be set for the reclusive world of active noise canceling. Unlike other noise-canceling headphones, the WH-1000XM3 use an unusually silent QN1 HD noise-canceling processor. In our testing, we found it was able to keep out most sounds, even on the crowded New York City subway. The battery does take a hit for this, but you can take solace in the fact that the WH-1000XM3 last 30 hours fully charged. After 10 minutes of being plugged in via USB-C, Sony claims they can deliver pristine high fidelity sound over five hours. And, to top it all off, volume and playback commands are touch-based. Bought my QCUltra a week or so ago because my Bose Earphones of 20+ years broke and was unrepairable (sadness). When I first received the new QCUltra headphones I was a wee bit upset because I was not used to the new, modern, options available. I called Bose, the lady I spoke with walked me through the setup (I hate reading directions-it's a male thing) and WOW... I LOVE my new QCUltra headphones. The sound is terrific. The battery (I guess it's a battery) holds a long, long charge. I use my QCUltra connected to my Bose speakers (wired) because neither my PC nor Speakers are equipped for Bluetooth (both are what I would call "pre-Bluetooth"). That's OK for now; but when I finally decide to get a new PC it will certainly be with Bluetooth. What more can I say? BOSE QCUltra headphones are the best.

I bought these headphones before Christmas and have been using them while gaming and listening to music on my PC. The sound is amazing and they are really comfortable even after using them for hours in a row. The noise canceling feature works great.

I love these headphones. I use them on my computer for gaming and for music. Using a creative labs dedicated sound card to power them they really have a good clean sound. The bass is there with some thump and the mids and highs are there without being blown out or over shadowed. I have a pair of Audio-technnica ATH-A550z and I think the Tascam have a better sound. The fit is not quite as sealing as I would like but everyone has a different head shape so I know one size fits all usually fits none. For the price I definitely recommend them.

I was hesitated for this headset for quite a while. It is mostly due to the high price around 90+. B&H had it for $ and I had no second thought and grabbed it. The PC dongle works great as your audio device stay online whether you have the headset set to USB or not. This won't confuse the PC as applications tend to bind it to an audio device and get confused when you disconnect devices. Bind a bluetooth headset to PC and you know what I mean. I use the bluetooth mode for my cell phone only. Switching works flawlessly with a toggle on the headset. The boom mic also falls into one of my strict criteria as I found most of the wireless bluetooth headset without boom mic struggle to deliver clear voice. This one will not let anyone to notice you on wireless. I have it working with all my VOIP app, including my company Cisco VOIP app.

Great Headphones! Better than the Beats 2 and less cost.
