This is an upgrade for me from the G85, and I think it was the right decision. I wanted to stick with Panasonic, but I also wanted to move into the full frame world. The DC-S1, along with the SFU-2 upgrade is a robust photo/video package that is a solid step forward for Panasonic. The size/weight ratio is nice and very well balanced. Menus are intuitive and customization is easy. Picture quality and High Res mode are well implemented. I also now have confidence to go up to 12800 ISO in low light and still shoot RAW. The only thing I really don't like is the Contrast Detect Auto focus. I really wish that Panasonic would either make DFD on par with Phase Detect or just move on from DFD all together. 5 |

I was an otterbox only person in the past. Wanted to try something new since I was not happy with my last case from them. This case is fantastic. Slim and well made. The extra magnets in the back help it stick to chargers. Looking forward to trying out some of the accessories. 5 |

I had a slim line polarizing filter stick on my lens on one of these 100 degree days when I screwed it in place when everything was hot and I could not get it back off once it cooled. I had been meaning to buy a set of filter wrenches for years. I ordered them from B&H and had them in hand by the end of the week even free shipping. Simple effective I would buy them again and would suggest them to anybody. Do yourself a favor and add a set to your next order so they are in you bag when you need them. 5 |

I really like the slim profile of this case and the magnets on the back. I can stick my phone to anything metal really quickly and easily! It locks in tight to my Out Front Bike Mount for mountain biking & Universal mount. 5 |
