Best way to preserve a late show, especially with the way Washington is so screwed-up today.

The Robus RC-5570 Vantage Series 3 carbon fiber tripod is portable in the field, yet provides a secure base for a camera body and long telephoto lens. It has three legs, each with three adjustable segments. Well made and a joy to use.

Excellent camera support. My mini tripod was limiting my vantage point options. This stand grips and grabs where others can't. Legs have smooth but firm action, folds away for easy bag storage. I've used Canon 5D Mark IV with battery grip and range of pro lenses on a ball head and it handles the weight with ease. Highly recommended.

Great system! It's being used with a Phase One XF camera system on a Robus RC-5570 Vantage Series 3 Carbon Fiber Tripod eith a Sirui 75mm levelling head.

I agree with everything said in the 2 earlier reviews. This is a remarkable tripod for the price. I purchased the RC-8880 Vantage Series 5 Carbon Fiber model because I wanted the 80” high for photographing the Wolf Blood moon eclipse and for the terribly uneven terrain we find so often in wildlife photography. Now I can get rid of all the other tripods I tried.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Have it connecting Davis Vantage Plus with Mac Pro computer running OS 10.7.5, using Davis WeatherLink software. No problems

I use this product to have my clients sit or stand on for posing. I also use it to stand on to gain a different vantage point for photographing taller clients. The materials used are quality and this apple box is extremely sturdy. I plan to stain it a dark ebony color so I can use it more in the studio.

Often you can get a unique vantage point from inside a building but have to deal with reflections. This hood is easy to put on your lens, press against the glass at whatever angle you need, and get a shot that is as clear as the glass you are shooting through. I have both this and the small one for Moment lenses and I appreciate them both.

If you are in the market for a small binocular with top-of-the-line performance this, is it. I have several old binoculars a Meade 7 x 50 porro, a Tasco 10 x 25 and Bushnell 10 X 25 and which like me were getting are old. A friend recently became interested in bird watching and I did the research.  As I live in the Houston area and at the edges of both the Central and Mississippi migratory bird flyways in the U.S. and live on a large tract of land, I have the opportunity to see a lot of different birds.  As my old Meade was becoming harder to focus, I looked at the current market of ED binoculars and saw the Celestron NatureDX 8 X 42 model.  Like many reviews it is fantastic binocular.  I also decided to replace my small truck binoculars with something better than the Tasco 10 X 25 or the Bushnell and found the Hawk Vantage 8 X 32 model and I ordered it.  I also gave some thought to the Hawke Endurance ED model and almost sent an email to B & H to change out my order but I didn’t. Upon arriving I did a comparison of the Celestron NatureDX against the Hawke Vantage.  I cannot see the difference between the two.  I can clearly see the difference between the Vantage the Tasco and the Bushnell. So, I drove out to the coast to look at the coastal shore birds.  The Vantage is a very good binocular.  It is lite, well built, easy to focus, very good light and for an eye glasses wearing person like me it has great eye relief.  I don’t see how the Vantage Endurance could be much better.  The Vantage is great binocular.

I use this for urban landscape and architectural photography with my Nikon d850. It is, of course, overkill for a camera of this weight. I could not imagine a more stable tripod, but that is not why I use it. For me, the tripod's height is essential for getting a vantage point that allows me to shoot over cars and fences. In other cases, the high vantage point might just be what is required to get the best possible composition. Make sure you have a step ladder to reach the camera when the tripod is at max height. Also useful if you are in a well-trafficked area are safety cones. The tripod has a large footprint and someone not paying attention could easily run into it.
