Echoing others' experiences, suggestions, etc., properly seating battery in charger is key; otherwise, initial charging light will remain green & battery will not charge. (Almost returned product, thinking it was defective. It was/is in good working order.) Properly seating involves applying slight downward pressure at battery terminals, with side-to-side wiggling. Once battery terminal slots (5) cannot be seen through this gentle action, battery is seated, and ready for charging. (Of course, battery base must also be seated/flush with charger.) Once plugged in, charging light will be red. For a depleted battery, full (100%) charge can take up to 150 minutes. Green light signals completion. 5 |
