Verizon Wireless Customer Service Email

I had a problem registering my product online. I emailed Customer Service and the woman who read my email took care of it right away. I love my Glass Elite Vision Guard. Highly recommend Zagg.

First my thanks to B&H for great customer service. I received an email that the lens was back in stock, ordered it 5 minutes later and it was on my doorstep the next morning. As for the lens itself, it is a phenomenal achievement by Nikon. I know it's kind of the tweener lens between the Nikon 400mm f2.8 and the 600mm FL f4, but I love the size and weight. It is easier to manage than either the 400 or 600mm. I used this lens and a pro football game on a D4S with an RRS monopod. The results were spectacular. Standing at the end zone and shooting to the opposite 20 yard line, I was still extracting fine detail in the quarterback's eyes. Very impressed with the sharpness, fast AF and overall IQ. VR also works as expected. This lens is soon to be on the list of Iconic Nikon glass.

Great company ,they stand behind their products and have a great customer service department . I received this flashlight as a gift. I sent them a email and I had a reply the next day. All i had to do is take a couple pictures and after they reviewed my claim I received another email stating that I would be getting a new replacement light. About a week later it arrived and even included new batteries. No hassle No cost to replace That kind of service means alot to me. I recommend getting yourself a Polysteel 600. Super bright and a great warranty.

photo albums were delivered but there was a minor issue which customer service took care of with only one email. Good service and good customer care.

This was my 2nd purchase from B&H photo! I knew what I was looking for but unfortunately it was unavailable from the manufacturer, but the customer service representative offered to email me a list of what the manufacturer had available in stock. I received the email within minutes and called him back and he walked me through placing my order. Within 5 days, my ordered was delivered!!! Since, my son has also purchased from B&H photo!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with an older wireless numeric keypad, so I called Customer Service. I was immediately in touch with a Human. After a short discussion with we determined that my old key pad had died of old age. He gave me the new model number that I should try (F8T067) plus the instructions for buying a new one. That was easy, and in 2-3 days my new keypad came and it works perfectly. I never had to press one or eleven. This was the easiest "problem solving event" I have had in years. Belkin products are top notch, but Customer Service is the BEST !!!

I love this speaker the sound quality is superb. Best wireless speaker I have used. Customer service excellent. My speaker faulted after a year but they promptly replaced it no quibble.
