I use these lights as a part of my broadcasting and live streaming setup and it makes my production look absolutely stunning! I even dropped one of my lights and broke the light diffuser flaps and GVM's customer service was quick to offer me a free replacement! Absolutely love GVM products and their customer service! Got completely fed up with Magic Jack's jack and customer service, or lack thereof, so I decided to try Ooma after checking the ratings here and on *. Bought the Ooma from B&H photo because it was cheaper, no sales tax, free delivery, and I had good experiences with B&H before. Ooma arrived promptly and well packaged. Followed installation instructions explicitly, but Ooma convulsed and died. My ISP is Time Warner and my connection is Standard 15 mbps upstream, and 1 mbps downstream. Went to Ooma live chat, and was told to do the conventional solutions - an ordered series of reboots. Nothing worked. Called the live help number and Herman answered. Three questions later, he overnighted another Ooma, pre-programmed with the recent firmware and synced to my account, and a prepaid RMA return shipping label. Installed the device and all is well. Sound is great, and no dropped calls. This is absolutely the best customer service experience I've ever had on the internet. Thank you Herman. Happy B&H and Ooma customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with an older wireless numeric keypad, so I called Customer Service. I was immediately in touch with a Human. After a short discussion with we determined that my old key pad had died of old age. He gave me the new model number that I should try (F8T067) plus the instructions for buying a new one. That was easy, and in 2-3 days my new keypad came and it works perfectly. I never had to press one or eleven. This was the easiest "problem solving event" I have had in years. Belkin products are top notch, but Customer Service is the BEST !!!

I love this speaker the sound quality is superb. Best wireless speaker I have used. Customer service excellent. My speaker faulted after a year but they promptly replaced it no quibble.
