Great product. Though even better was the customer service. You know listening is a great thing of which is done by customer service to take care of you I felt like more than a sales call. You can not go wrong they will take care of you.

We purchased these headset for our customer service and sales staff and they have worked wonderfully. Comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and good range if you need to step away from your desk for something. Controls are simple and easy to employ, the mute in particular is great as it gives a clear audio response for activation. We have had no issues with battery life ,dropped calls or any other problems commonly associated with wireless headsets. I would recommend this headset to anyone who spends extended periods of time on the phone and enjoys having both of their hands free.

B&H has not only wonderful customer service with experienced and knowledgeable sales persons but great products. I highly recommend B&H for all photo, electronic, and digital computer needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with an older wireless numeric keypad, so I called Customer Service. I was immediately in touch with a Human. After a short discussion with we determined that my old key pad had died of old age. He gave me the new model number that I should try (F8T067) plus the instructions for buying a new one. That was easy, and in 2-3 days my new keypad came and it works perfectly. I never had to press one or eleven. This was the easiest "problem solving event" I have had in years. Belkin products are top notch, but Customer Service is the BEST !!!

I love this speaker the sound quality is superb. Best wireless speaker I have used. Customer service excellent. My speaker faulted after a year but they promptly replaced it no quibble.
