Verizon Wireless Death Of Customer

I've been scared to death of wireless mice, but this set has cured me of that! �Used them on a shoot this weekend, and no interference. �The ability to go directly into the camera with TWO pics is great and a life saver. �Highly recommended!

I have been a Kensington Expert Mouse Trackball customer for decades, but up to now have only used the wired version. I wanted the wireless version for when I'm away from home. I use it with a 16 MacBook Pro and prefer something besides the built-in trackpad for moving the cursor around and scrolling chores. When I'm at home, I have the MBP plugged into a dock that has a Kensington Wired Expert Mouse connected. I'm very happy with the wireless version. Works as well for me as the wired ones at home. I use the Bluetooth connection option, not the dongle. No issues to report. Yes, the trackball is somewhat bulky, but there's plenty of room for it in my backpack. I'd recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with an older wireless numeric keypad, so I called Customer Service. I was immediately in touch with a Human. After a short discussion with we determined that my old key pad had died of old age. He gave me the new model number that I should try (F8T067) plus the instructions for buying a new one. That was easy, and in 2-3 days my new keypad came and it works perfectly. I never had to press one or eleven. This was the easiest "problem solving event" I have had in years. Belkin products are top notch, but Customer Service is the BEST !!!

My customer uses their SM-58 wireless microphone for meetings and no one could figure out how to speak into the mic. Now with this omnidirectional cartridge they don't need to speak into the mic, just near it!
