This was the product I needed straight away. Customer Service gave direct advice after I made a mistake so with built-in fast shipping the Otterbox Defender was on-time to give that added protection an iPad deserves. When you get as old as I am and the customer service rep. asks for the serial number on the back of your DVD player or IPhone you are going to need one these. It’s a lifesaver. Great optics, well made, and plenty large. I really like mine. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with an older wireless numeric keypad, so I called Customer Service. I was immediately in touch with a Human. After a short discussion with we determined that my old key pad had died of old age. He gave me the new model number that I should try (F8T067) plus the instructions for buying a new one. That was easy, and in 2-3 days my new keypad came and it works perfectly. I never had to press one or eleven. This was the easiest "problem solving event" I have had in years. Belkin products are top notch, but Customer Service is the BEST !!! 5 |
