Easy setup and super fast internet. The customer service was also spot on.

We are only a month in but I am really liking this way of doing our home wireless internet! 5 access points through the house are giving us great coverage. The other cool part is that with the software our guy installed we have a home network, a guest network and can build out more for other uses like a security camera system, one just for the kids devices (that we can then control the hours the network is on) and all kinds of other great features and reports. Not normal to do this for a house but I would recommend it... and these... to about anyone at this point!

After talking with Carmen customer service for an hour everything is up and running now you will have to call your Internet provider to get connected

Bought this at the beginning of work from home/covid shutdowns to self install new internet service at a new address since old service said it would be two weeks before they could make it out. Took about 5 minutes to activate and this thing has been outstanding since. Delivers 100% of the speeds I am paying for paired with a strong Netgear router. Would definitely recommend as a good gigabit option at a reasonable price point.

Had to upgrade the cable modem for home internet service. Got this because I already have a BlackHawk Router and these two work great together. Set-up was super easy and everything was working within minutes.
