Firstly can I say, I love the product! It feels and looks great. I just got my iPad Pro 2020 12.9in a week ago and have been using it mostly for procreate with the apple pencil and it feels amazing to use. But the standout thing about the paperlike is the customer service team behind the scenes. After my first order arrived with some damage to the paperlike they have gone out of their way to rectify this and organize a new set to be sent to me. Something I just was not expecting. Their customer service team deserves all the praise they get for reaching out super quickly and getting things sorted. WOULD 100% ORDER AGAIN.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with an older wireless numeric keypad, so I called Customer Service. I was immediately in touch with a Human. After a short discussion with we determined that my old key pad had died of old age. He gave me the new model number that I should try (F8T067) plus the instructions for buying a new one. That was easy, and in 2-3 days my new keypad came and it works perfectly. I never had to press one or eleven. This was the easiest "problem solving event" I have had in years. Belkin products are top notch, but Customer Service is the BEST !!!
