I shoot a lot outside and in Louisiana the sun is very bright. This filter works great to cut down the the brightness and allow me to flash sync at 1/250 easily without having the color messed with.

We live in Louisiana where the weather is always damp. We bought our first two in 2001 and the second set in 2011, they are Wonderful and Sound Great. We enjoy our backyard with a Great Sound System! Thank you Bose

I bought these binoculars to view migratory shore birds in a Louisiana fly-way. They needed to be powerful, lightweight enough to carry on the trail, and easy for a novice like me to use. They were everything I'd hoped they'd be. Someone with upper back or neck problems might want to get a harness for carrying rather than rely on the strap that comes with the binocs.

I use the Ace XL fluid head with my Sachtler Flowtech 75 legs. I am shooting with the Canon XF705 and I have archived perfect balance. Let me explain. I changed from the FSB-^ fluid head to the Ave. Why? Weight. The Ace is a full 2 lbs. lighter than the FSB-6. And believe me, at 72 years old those two pounds makes a huge difference to my back. Is the Ave as good as the FSB-6? No. I wouldn't expect it to be. The FSB-6 was an excellent head, the Ave is a great head that is perfect for my needs. Yes, I would recommend this video head.

I ave used the Glidecam HD-1000 for over a year, and my equipment eventually got too have to use it. So I was forced to upgrade to the 2000. I absolutely love the ease of using the rigs. Granted, it took me about two months to really get the hang of it, but now I can't stop using it. The quick release plate isn't very quick so I purchased the Manfrotto quick release plate with it, and it works great. I use the 2000 with a Canon 70D, a 24-105L, and a Rode Videomic Pro. I honestly could not imagine shooting videos any other way.
