I really enjoy using your camera's. I have had tremendous success with your cameras and your transmission plans. Have never had any problems with customer service. If I had a camera go bad they replaced it.

Allstate plans are a must have for electronic products. The support provided is excellent, they communicate with the customer at every step of the process. I have this plan for my other products and when one of them broke Allstate was fast to approve the repairs. Highly recommended.

Always purchase the Apple Care plans because they make life easier. Have always received excellent customer service in learning to use new gear or experience a glitch with something. Peace of mind and worth the money.

Purchased for use while travelling. Used on multiple wireless carriers, strictly on pay as you go plans. Set up with the carrier(s) of choice and simply switching the sim cards out as needed. Some locations require the use of a cellular booster, but that is location specific, not endemic to the device. Wifi signal is adequate for use inside and within a hundred feet or so of our RV. Battery life seems adequate and as advertised, so far. We can easily charge the device or run it without the battery while using shore power, inverted solar power, or just 12v. Quite happy with our purchase as we have the flexibility of switching between lesser expensive 5G mobile data plans, based on coverage area.

New Epson Artison 725 printer... like the printer so far and, of course, B&H had the best price with the best customer service. The Ink did smear on a DVD I printed but I may still need to adjust the amount applied.

I am extremely happy with my New Nikon D500. I traded my 2 year old D7500in when I wanted to purchase my new camera. Your used Equipment Dept gave me fantastic service over the phone and with the offer I received, after you received my old camera only took 3 Days to process. Your sales and customer service professionals are very helpful and and answered all my questions. I upgraded to the D500 to gain the extra features. The Auto focus, Option of the MD-17 battery grip. Faster 10fps more professional options. I also purchased the Nikkor 18 to 140mm zoom, Nikkor 10 to 20 mm and a QXD card. Everything arrived on the date promised. B&H has Mee as a customer for life. The pictures I have taken so far are excellent.

Such a simple fix to my flashlight. New tail cap has me back in business. Great customer service to suggest a replacement and the lifetime warranty is real!! Thanks Coast. I’ll be buying other products!
