This is the replacement for an older lavalier. Lectrasonic makes the best wireless mics in the country.

Have been using for about 1 month now on a cross country road trip through the USA. Read the manual thoroughly, call customer service to unlock editable Check In messages, and you are good to go. I found it works fastest in the open and has more trouble in canyons where you cannot see as much of the sky. But it has eventually sent every check in successfully. My family likes the location feature as well with each message.

I tour with a country band as their road manager and FOH engineer. At a show we were doing a fellow engineer told me about this mic. I purchased one to try out on our lead vocal then had each of the other singers try it out. After trying multiple mics over the last two years I have finally found what I was looking for. We just purchased three more for a total of four and I have all of my guys on them now. They are amazed with the improvement and a direct quote was I feel like my voice is alive now. The feedback rejection is killer and outside of one one of my vocalists I am only using a HPF on a well tuned system. I have one vocalist that I have to fight around 3.15k but I'm noticing that I am not fighting as hard as I was when we had him on a competitors mic. The only minor complaint I have is the proprietary clip that comes with the mic. I would purchase a couple of extras if you are using them frequently. This is very minor considering it is such a great sounding and tough as nails mic. Definitely worth the money!

I used this lens on a cross-country road trip, using the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera on a suction mount inside the cabin of a truck. Even looking through the window glass, when I switched lenses from a high end Nikkor Zoom to the Kowa 6mm, during the edit, you could see the marked jump in acuity. Given the lack of filter potential (a weakness for a native ISO 800 camera) I could only use this lens at the very beginning and end of the day when shooting in the truck. There was no room for a matte box system, needed to get an ND working. This lens will stand up to most any prime lens, and is a welcome (wide angle, finally!) addition to any pro shooting situation with the Pocket Cinema Camera.

This backup wireless system is ideal for when I'm on the road. Gives me comfort knowing I have a backup system when I'm away from my computer.

My wireless pack cable has been on the road for years and finally let me down. I had a gig that I needed it for and ordered this one. It was an identical match and I plugged in and rocked, thanks!

After years of using the Kensington wired series at home and the wireless on the road, I decided to switch to the wireless expert trackball at home. It switches seamlessly between my multiple machines with the smooth tracking and scrolling I have come to expect from Kensington. Great product.

This is a truly useful item for setting up powered speakers on the road. Usually I place the powered speakers close to an outlet in the corner of the stage and/or hall. This 6' length is perfect for such a setting. In addition I use Alto wireless receivers to cut down on XLR cables - this multiple outlet allows me to power the speaker, the wireless receiver and a DJ light all at the same time. What's really cool is - when the speaker, or light or receiver is on, an LED indicator light lets you know something is turned on. When everything is turned off, the LED light goes off too. So I know when I've forgotten to turn of the speaker at the end of the night. This outlet is built tough and can take the abuse of the road - I highly recommend them for powered speakers!
