Got tired of using the router/WAP that Verizon gave me a few years ago. This thing is blazing! 5 |

I recently upgraded from a mid-range Nikon Monarch ATB 12x56 to this Swarovski SLC 15x56, it is a quantum leap in clarity and brightness. The biggest difference is that the flat field (this bino is not advertised as one but it is in ~95% of FOV whereas the 12x56 Nikon is ~70%) so the glass simply disappears, giving a view similar to what I get with a APO telescope with Nagler eyepieces. Even at 15x, the bino is handhold-able to give enjoyable views. All of sudden I notice so many birds in my neighborhood and in many cases can count feathers. Due to narrower FOV and slower focus, it is not suitable for birds in flight but works great for perched birds on the trees. My other intended use is stargazing which is sensitive to vibration. I specifically sought out SLC 56 for its Abbe Koenig prism with 93% transmission to get the absolute best in the roof prism category. For astronomy, I plan to supplement with tripod mount with the very expensive SLC adapter. Handheld view of M42 is quite impressive though. For pure handheld view under dark sky, SLC 10x56 would have been a better choice, but my brighter suburban sky would be better suited for 15x56, plus, I would like the complementary wide-angle view of my 8x42, so 15x56 became my best choice. 5 |

Recently bought the 8x42s with the usual fast delivery provided by B&H (and a nice free gift). I have a pair of Swarovski SLC 8x30, SLC 10x42, CL 8x30 and Leica Trinovid 8x42. In my opinion these Czech MeoPro Airs are every bit as good as my Leica and SLC 10x42. Love the styling and the quality of these. They've become my go to binoculars. 5 |

I've owned and used the Swarovski SLC 8x42, Nikon EDG 8x42, Leica Ultra 8x42 and a number of other high end binoculars. After much debate and delay, I finally purchased the Nikon Monarch HG over two months ago. Color me impressed. From the ergonomics, to the optical and build quality, I couldn't be happier. For the price point, Nikon put everything they could into this binocular. Highly recommended. Not exactly cheap, but a great value for the money. 5 |

Great price on a pair of bincos of this quality. Will beat anything in this price range hands down that I have used and I have used plenty of them. Pretty darn close to my Swarovski SLC at night. The biggest difference if my old SLC's seem lighter in weight. I like the heavier magnesium shell however. but that would be your choice. 5 |

After using a borrowed SLC, I've long wanted top quality binoculars with an excellent image. The CL Pocket provides this in a nice, compact size. A pleasure to use - good for hiking and traveling. 5 |

compared to my Leica 8x42 ba's and Swarovski 8x30 slc these are brighter, as sharp if not more so, much lighter, smaller and a pleasure to use. my wife also bought a pair after using mine. only complaint is a poorly designed case, but I'd much rather have a beautifully designed bin than a well designed carrying case. highly recommend them. also, b&h ships fast and accurately. 5 |

This binocular has just about all the features as my 8 x 30 Swarovski SLC pair except the Celestron is significantly lighter. I can't tell the difference in optical quality unless I am holding both pairs, raising one and then the other to my eyes. If I were to go on a rugged expedition. I might carry the Swarovskis, but when I go out birding I carry these surprisingly good Celestrons. 5 |
