Verizon Wireless Tech Chat

I opened the chat and ask a question. Not knowing the name of yhe product I wanted. I described it the best I could. Instantaneously, the tech understood abd sent me the links. From start to finish, the entire process took me 5 minutes and I received it the next afternoon. I was so happy.

This is my third HD, whenever I needed Tech Support via chat OWC is fantastic. They were able to resolve an issue that Lightroom was giving. Well made and quite.

After a chat consultation with B&H's tech guy, he confirmed this cable would be compatible with the new ASUS display I purchased, connecting via firewire to my Mac mini. He was right! Excellent and prompt customer service.

Minor difficulty setting up. That was corrected after second chat with tech. Since it has been working properly. Product is two weeks old.

I'm very appreciative of the help I received from a B&H tech contacted via Chat, who found this generic sleeve/case that fits my camera just right. I was having trouble finding one with the right dimensions. One style only listed the dimensions of the package it comes in, and most were for newer-model Sony mirrorless. But this works well. I will use it especially to protect the camera when traveling and needing to carry it, sometimes, in a pack or bag that is not designed to protect a camera. I do wish it had a velcro close instead of snaps, but the snaps work fine. Pleased with my purchase.

I had to replace an old remote shutter release and asked for advice via Chat. I was guided to this wireless remote release and it works great. Easier to use than my previous wireless remote release. The price was great too. Highly recommended.

This is a great black and white printer.. It uses the large cartridge which saves money. Great if you don't want/need color printing. However, it was very difficult to set up for wireless feature. I had to have HP tech help and it took about 40 minutes for the tech person to get the wireless feature to work. Unless you are a "techie" you should just call HP for online help. Again, a great economical black and white printer.

I have a tech savvy friend that swears by Sonos, I have 3 Bose wireless speakers at home that I use in back yard and patio, and thought that it was great... Until I heared L5 at his house.... Holly smokes..you can hear every note with no back static and the base is so on point, just like you are at a club. My summer is coming along just fine:-)
