I have 4 of these cameras. I use them everyday. I have had some technical issues but I can happily say they each time the customer service responded to every issue promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I am now waiting for the newest camera to be released and will buy another. I would recommend this company to everyone and as a matter of fact i did to my family during the 4th yesterday. I do believe this company has taken great strides in their customer service and it has shown with how I have been helped! 5 |

One of the best things about the Delta Max is my experience with their technical/customer service representatives. I initially was going to purchase the Delta 2 and at the last minute decided to upgrade to the Delta Max. My cancellation of one product to change to another was seamless. Now knowing that I have one of the leading generators gives me peace of mind. It is extremely easy to use and set up. X-boost is amazing. I purchased my first spypoint LINK-MICRO-LTE camera early last year and then purchased a second camera in October. I purchased the Premium plan and use AT&T cell coverage. Works great in the Texas Hill Country. Had some minor technical issues, the Spypoint customer service & technical support were the best. They either instructed me on how to fix the problem or sent me a replacement camera with paid shipping and the process was easy and fast. I was very satisfied with their customer service and technical support. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with an older wireless numeric keypad, so I called Customer Service. I was immediately in touch with a Human. After a short discussion with we determined that my old key pad had died of old age. He gave me the new model number that I should try (F8T067) plus the instructions for buying a new one. That was easy, and in 2-3 days my new keypad came and it works perfectly. I never had to press one or eleven. This was the easiest "problem solving event" I have had in years. Belkin products are top notch, but Customer Service is the BEST !!! 5 |
